Woke up later at 7.30 today. Got to work at 9.15am. The morning was doing a little reply to BB about expanding the existing jogging path. Read the alejandro aravena book last night. His approach on focusing on the right question is refreshing. As with the keystone project that took this concept was the social housing project, where it was 36m2 for $7200 in peru. And instead of exploring the best house that can be build for $7200, the brief he proposed was building the best half house for $7200. The geometry was complementary in that they proposed a series of terrace with single slab with the possibility of extension. Replaced some base pictures for the ARS. The site visit on thursday last week was eye opening, as being a madrasah, the compound is not so freely open up to visitors. The school consist of a heritage primary block of arched intermediary spaces of corridors and classrooms, while the extension was a more function corridor-rooms layout appendix. The discussion on my finished feasi report only started at 4pm. Upon which i quickly cab over to the amusement funfair set up at the promontory! We sat a mash5 which was fantastic, a ruler rotating on its middle point, going round and round with a circumference of abt 50m? The viking look mild, but turned up to be good fun, at the edge, i felt like i was almost standing. The scariest one of all had to be the toilets! Had a beef and potato mash, with 2 slices of cheese sandwich beef which was delicious. what a way to perk up a monday!
